The Reconciliation Industry

To complete its unfinished business, the elite would thus have to win the hearts and minds of Indigenous peoples. It would also have to win those of non-Indigenous people, many of whom increasingly saw their interests, and the interests of our living planet, represented in the fundamental change sought by an Indigenous-rights movement.
